These are the simple ingredients you’ll need to make yummy cheese tortellini horderves: one package of refrigerated cheese tortellini, flour, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, Panko bread crumbs, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, a sprinkling of sea salt and a few twists of freshly-ground black pepper. For garnishing I recommend melted butter, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of red chili flakes, and fresh parsley.
